If your job requires you to stand most of the time, chances are you get home most days with terrible back, waist and leg aches. In the long run, these will have grave side effects that include chronic back pain, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) or cardiovascular diseases.
It’s also possible that you are one of those people that walk around a lot during the day; or that values comfort at all times.
Whatever it is, with the Wearable Chairless Chair, you will never have to stand for too long ever again!
The Wearable Chairless Chair by Ofrees is a flexible exoskeleton frame for the lower body that hugs your body but allows you to move freely without any feeling of constrain. It allows you to carry out your normal activities and maintain productivity while enabling swift change from walking to standing or sitting.
The frames are made of solid aluminium. As a result, the chair is strong and stable and can carry people weighing up to 120 kg.
The Wearable Chairless Chair features waist, thigh and leg straps to help hold the frame in place and make for free movement. Weighing about 2kg, the chairless chair is portable and can be carried anywhere because it is foldable and comes with a backpack to carry it with.
What You Get
- 1 Backpack (for easy carriage of the chair)
- 2 Gaiters/spats
- The mainframes
- A waist belt
- 2 rubber caps
How To Wear
- Fasten the belt around your waist
- Buckle the clips around your legs
- Put your legs in gaiters and properly tighten
To sit, simply spread your legs so that your feet are shoulder length apart and then sit keeping your waist straight. Be careful, however, not to lean back while seated.
With the Wearable Chairless Chair, you never again need to worry about standing too long at that concert. You don’t have to think about someone stealing your seat or forgetting to save one for you at an over-packed game. And, of course, you can be more productive because the chair reduces your fatigue level to a reasonable degree.
