All returns should be sent to our relevant warehouse address. Please contact our customer support team to receive the appropriate address for your order.
To begin initiating a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to the address provided by our team. After shipping the item, reach out to our customer support team to confirm the return.
Terms And Conditions For Returns, Refunds And/Or Exchanges
- We only accept returns with a tracking number.
- Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Simply contact our support team if you have any questions regarding your return.
- Any product you return must be unused (in exactly the same condition you received it) and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please keep the email receipt.
- Please be careful when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. We do not allow returns or exchanges due to incorrect attribute selection.
- Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
- We cannot accept returns of rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, items the buyer just doesn’t want anymore, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (please see above for designated return process).
- We encourage customers to carefully read our returns policy (this page) and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced, eligible items.
- Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
- Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with details of your return.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
- Order cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
