As best as I can tell they are kind of a middle man between their suppliers in China – which is fine, I have no problem with that arrangement. The tissue box container is exactly as shown in the description. Made of metal, the design and paint work is great, and it fits a normal size tissue box inside it. Very pleased with my purchase!
