With a thick square exterior, it sits perfectly on a desk, table or flat surface. So you can easily place it on your nightstand and use the alarm feature to wake you up every morning.
When the clock takes a C-shaped position, the screen displays the time in 12hour format, the year, month, the current date, and day of the week. It then functions as a timer in a left-facing C placement. If rotated to take a U-shape, it shows the indoor temperature while it works as an alarm in an inverted U position.
To prevent eyestrain, we made the LCD screen transparent without a backlight. The countdown timer works to a maximum duration of 99 minutes and a minimum of 59 seconds. The temperature is measured in both degrees Fahrenheit and Celsius.
