This Electric Heated Shawl uses heat therapy to effectively relieve pain from your neck and shoulders. It also provides warmth and pain relief to other parts of the body like the waist, knee, back, arms, thigh, and abdomen. Its consistent heat provides soothing relief for sore and strained muscles, inflamed joints, and also increases blood circulation.
The package includes the heated shawl and its controller. You have three temperature settings to choose from; the moist setting, the dry setting, and the timer setting. The heating pad in the shawl cannot be washed, but the cloth cover can be removed and washed. It is machine washable.

Super soothing to have this with me when watching TV. I find it very helpful when I’m working and get too uncomfortable with adjusting the AC constantly. It works effectively considering the smaller look.
I also found that putting it on my lap took some jitters away from my legs.
