The glassware sits on a walnut timber tray which rests on a matte black vase. You can easily store both the coffee and tea in a drawer, while your spoon sits on a stainless steel lid.

Great brewer

This brewer makes use of a fine-meshed metal filter rather than an ordinary filter paper. This ensures that some of the oils in the coffee pass through the filter into your cup. It is also reusable, and hardly ever needs replacing.

This Barista also features heating and refrigeration units. Water kept in the reservoir boils quickly within 3-5 minutes and pours over the coffee or tea at an optimum temperature of 94ºC. So your coffee is really hot when you get to drink it.

The refrigeration unit is a Peltier cooler used to cool the milk vessel. It is automatically activated by an infrared sensor when milk is present. This serves to keep the milk at temperatures between 5 to 8ºC – just fresh enough for use in the morning.

The alarm clock can be set to either 24 or 12-hour modes and the time display automatically dims at night-time. You can also vary the intensity of the alarm by adjusting its volume with very intuitive controls.
